上個月エプソン水晶デバイス接連宣布了兩大產品方面最新進展,第一件是已經成功研發出兩款3.2×1.5mm的超低功耗32.768K晶體振蕩器系列,分別命名為SG-3031CM和SG-3031CMA.既然都是同一種封裝,料號也相似,那么這兩款石英晶振之間,到底有什么不同,請看接下來的分析.
內置32.768K晶體單元,無需調整即可高效運行;工作溫度-40°C至+105°C;使用CMOSIC可以減少電流消耗;VIO控制擺幅;應用領域:工業,安全,智能電表,計時和睡眠功能時鐘.
除非另有說明,否則上表中顯示的石英晶振特性(規格)基于額定工作溫度和電壓條件.
VIO是OUT輸出的電源引腳,也可以用作OE引腳.設置為禁用時,將VIO設置為0V.VCC是用于操作32.768kHz振蕩的電源引腳.可以通過最小化兩個電源的施加電壓來最小化功耗.但是,當VCC<1.5V時,VIO=VCC.
