愛普生晶振推出的一款SPXO晶振系列,型號SG7050CAN是一款CMOS輸出石英晶體振蕩器,常規的7050尺寸擴展溫度有源貼片晶振,頻率范圍4MHz至72MHz,1.6V至3.63V的寬工作電源電壓和寬工作溫度范圍從-40℃到85℃,此外,最高工作溫度可達105℃。 這些SPXO提供從2.0x1.6mm到7.0x5.0mm的五種不同封裝尺寸,四腳貼片石英晶振,并提供標準引腳排列。具有輸出頻率穩定和低功耗,低電源電壓,低抖動的特點,符合工業級標準,在空載條件下輸出最大頻率時,元件的電流損耗僅為3.0mA。降低系統待機功耗的同時可有效延長電源裝置的使用壽命。通過控制引腳ST的高低電平還可實現待機模式的切換,其中待機模式下電流損耗可低至2.7μA,進一步降低了元件的待機功耗。此外,最大啟動時間3ms,保證了低功耗設計對設備喚醒速度的要求。非常適用于物聯網、移動設備,USB、GPS系統、光纖通道、千兆以太網以及工控類IC時鐘芯片,為網絡設備提供穩定的時鐘信號。

石英晶體振蕩器(以下簡稱晶振)是利用石英晶體壓電效應而制成的器件,它的作用是輸出高精度和高穩定度的脈沖信號,為整個電路提供時序基準。我們知道,現在電路中有越來越多的時序電路,它們之間的協同運行必須要有一個時間基準,才能統一一致的行動,就像電視劇里特種行動小隊在出發前都要對下表一樣,晶振在系統中起的作用就如同隊長的手表,它如果穩定性或準確性不好的話,那整個系統就會錯誤頻出,故障率很高。所以又把晶振稱為單板的“心臟”。 石英晶體振蕩器是由品質因數Q極高的石英晶體諧振器和振蕩電路組成。晶體的品質因數、切割取向、晶體振子的結構及電路形式等,共同決定振蕩器的性能。國際電工委員會(IEC)將石英晶體振蕩器分為4類:普通晶體振蕩(SPXO),電壓控制式晶體振蕩(VCXO),溫度補償式晶體振蕩(TCXO),恒溫控制式晶體振蕩(OCXO)。目前發展中的還有數字補償式晶體振蕩(DCXO)以及混合式的VOCXO振蕩等。
