Crystek溫度補償晶振低相噪系列清單
1958年成立的Crystek Corporation，中文名字叫做瑞斯克，從上個世紀開始，Crystek晶振公司就成為國際市場重要的頻率元件供應商，為了更好的生產和管控石英晶體和石英晶體振蕩器產品，Crystek還成立了兩個負責頻率控制的部門。在還沒進入21世紀的時候，Crystek Corporation就成功研發了溫度補償晶振，擁有優越的溫度補償性能，同時還具備低相噪特性，一時之間引發了業界的廣泛討論。其所有產品從開發，設計，研發，生產，制造，包裝，出貨等一系列操作，都由Crystek公司自己完成。
Crystek公司量產的TCXO溫補晶振有貼片型和插件型兩種，目前正在加緊研發小尺寸封裝，高性能的方案，已實現量產的最小尺寸是2.5*2.0mm，標準的頻率公差是±1.0ppm，±1.5ppm，±2.0ppm，±2.5ppm等。基本上都是屬于低頻系列，最低的頻率有1.000MHz，最高是38.000MHz，輸出方式有CLIPPED SINE，HCMOS可選。工作溫度范圍有多種，分別是-10℃~+50℃，-30℃~+75℃，-40℃~+85℃等，符合中高端產品的要求。
